How we use photos and video

When we take photos

Volunteers sometimes take photos or video at assemblies, festivals and events. We may share them on this website, our social media and printed materials about the school.

Parents' consent comes first

• We only use a child's image with their parent or guardian's permission.
• We never publish children's names alongside their photos.
• You can change your mind at any time. Email info@saischool.com and we will stop using your child's image and take it down from our website and social media.

To give or update your consent, ask for a media consent form at info@saischool.com or speak to a volunteer on a Saturday.

Photos taken by others

We ask families and guests not to post photos of other people's children without permission. Once an image is public, we cannot control how others copy or share it, and we cannot be responsible for use we have not authorised.
